Six use cases for collective intelligence for the SDGs

From the analysis of case studies, we see a clustering of current practice around six key use cases relating to just under half of the SDGs – with particular emphasis on goals 10-16. These use cases describe the different ways in which people use collective intelligence methods to try to achieve a particular result or create new value for a community or organization. Informing each of these use cases is a diverse range of practical case studies from around the world, which share either explicitly-stated or implicitly-inferred goals.
